As part of our range of training programmes, we also offer a 6 week self-defence course to help people learn how to stay safe.
The course will be ideal if you are a commuter, someone that often travels alone or someone that feels the need to learn how to keep yourself safe whilst travelling to and from work or socially.
The course will teach you basic self-defence skills based on a combination of traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu, karate and kick boxing and will teach you about real life situations. Run over an hour for each lesson we will also highlight how self- defence adheres to UK Law.
The course is friendly and open with all our instructors being COBRA Certified Back Belts.
